kansas city is where i call home.
i've been a digital designer since day one.
i didn't come up through some fine arts curriculum—i have a degree in computer science. and long before that, I was bootlegging a copy of every piece of design software i could get my hands on as a kid. Photoshop, Microsoft FrontPage, whatever. i've been designing websites and apps since "websites" and "apps" became a thing, not to mention motion graphics. naturally, i made a career of it.
by the way, that computer science degree? sure makes adapting to the age of AI a helluva lot easier. which is nice.
most of my attention nowadays is focused on leading the next crop of designers who'll do things I can scarcely imagine. and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
